Health care is Nashville’s largest industry and these are interesting and challenging times for all health care marketers. Evolving demographics, the constantly changing healthvcare environment and trying to do more with less, all present health care marketers with lots of “opportunity”! The Health Care SIG Team has developed a list of potential topics and is now working hard to finalize our first event, targeted for early November. Some of the focus areas we are looking at include:
- Marketing ROI for health care (overall, as well as the ROI of social media),
- The use of data analytics in health care,
- The impact of the Affordable Care Act on health care marketers, and
- Integrated communications.
